Founded by Dr. Bree, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Coach, Rebuild Physical Therapy provides personalized, one-on-one care for athletes and active individuals- both in-person and through online and hybrid rehabilitation coaching. Our mission is simple: help you move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what you love—without pain or limitations.

We started with a powerful goal: to bridge the gap between rehab and performance. Too often, athletes are sidelined by injuries and handed cookie-cutter treatment plans that don’t reflect their goals or training demands. That’s why we take a different approach. Every plan is individualized — whether you’re working 1:1 in person or remotely through structured rehab programming with ongoing feedback and support.

Through comprehensive movement analysis, integrated rehab and performance programming, and direct access to Dr. Bree for guidance and adjustments, we make sure your recovery fits into your training — not the other way around.

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing nagging pain, training for your next race, or looking to build resilience and performance long term, we combine movement-based rehab, strength training, and performance principles to keep you progressing. We don’t just treat symptoms — we address the root cause, build capacity, and help you stay active for life.

1:1 Physical Therapy Sessions

Every physical therapy session is structured to meet your personalized goals based on your full body assessment. We utilize manual interventions, functional exercises, and strength training to help you reach your goals.

Dry Needling

Unlock your peak performance and recover faster with dry needling. We utilize non-medicated needles to relieve pain and improve tissue flexibility.

Rehabilitation Coaching

Designed for athletes and active individuals who want to reduce pain, address imbalances, and build resilience with a structured training program.

Includes a full-body movement analysis, customized rehab and performance programming, ongoing communication, and constant feedback to keep you progressing with intention.

Available fully remote or as a hybrid option alongside in-person care.

Injury Prevention Programs

What happens when you finish physical therapy? This is a common question we frequently get from our patients. With our injury prevention maintenance program, we will provide you with a long term plan in order to reach your fitness goals.
